A new grapich profile and website.

Our mission.

I and William Martisson were assigned to create a brand new graphic identity and website for the non-profit association Knowel, which works to spread an entrepreneur’s value base.

Identifying the problem.

Knowel felt that their identity and website were outdated and boring. The goal was to make the website and identity more attractive to new and current partners.

My role.

My role in this projekt was largely the identity, logo, icons etc. Colors and webdesign we did together. William did all the coding.

Logo

Openness.

Colors

We had two audiences that differ greatly from each other so we had to find a good middle ground. To do that, we used a neutral background, with stronger accent colors.

Typografi

Roboto will only be used in headings. Open sense is used for bread text.

Mobilefirst.

We spent a lot of time refining the mobile version of the site so it would feel perfect if not better in the phone where most students experience it.

Call to action.

Its a button directly on the landing page, which leads to a contact-form, for those who want to easily contact Knowel.

Attitude.

We renamed the project page to Journal and the projects to Journey’s to give the website and the association more character and build a feeling that what they are doing is something special.
